Murrayfield Stadium

The event itself is to be held in one large conference suite at Murrayfield Stadium, located on the first floor. The competition and demos are to be held in seperate rooms located next to the main suite. This is easily accessed by stairs at the main entrance and lifts are on site for traders and disabled attendees.

 

We have invited clubs from across the UK and also further afield from mainland Europe.

 

The standard size table for clubs will be 12ft. Chairs will be supplied. If you require a power source, we would be grateful if you can let us know well in advance for planning purposes. We will do our best to accommodate your requirements as best we can. If you have specific requirements please contact us.

 

You will be provided with a floor plan/table map, so you know where you will be. Each ‘table set’ will be covered in linen.

During the show the venue will have burgers, similar to previous years. We are hoping to have other catering facilities on site for snacks and drinks. We will provide more details when they are available.

The very LARGE suite we have has easy access to load and set up for you. We will also provide physical help for you in doing this.

 

We hope to have access to set up on the Friday evening. We will keep you posted on when we have access as soon as we have the final details. Similarly for the show’s end we’ll let you know how and when the breakdown will happen.

 

We hope to have our social event on for trade and club members to get a chance to relax and enjoy an evening of good chat along with food and a few drinks.
